As the Pandeya Kidney Centre’s Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Denise conducts pre-consultations with patients to collect important health information for their files. With extensive nursing experience and critical thinking skills, Denise ensures that key details are included in each file for Dr. Pandeya to review prior to meeting with his patients.
When Denise consults with a patient, either by phone or in clinic, she thoroughly discusses their medical history, symptoms, medications, and relevant test results as well as answers any questions they may have regarding the reasons for their referral or what they can expect during the process. With great attention to detail and compassion, it is important to Denise that patients feel well-informed and comfortable throughout their care at the clinic.
Since joining the Pandeya team in 2017, Denise plays an integral role in the clinic’s ability to deliver efficient and responsive service and the very best patient experience.
